I am an executive level, experienced compliance and audit professional (certified public accountant and certified fraud examiner) with 20+ years experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. My experience includes development, implementation, and evolution of compliance programs for large corporations including leading compliance through a domestic Corporate Integrity Agreement and Department of Justice investigation related to FCPA allegations. I have a strong working knowledge of the Anti-Kickback Statute, the False Claims Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Beneficiary Inducement provisions of the CMP Law, CMS regulations, and FDA regulations. My pharmaceutical compliance experience includes speaker programs, product samples, consulting agreements. My healthcare experience includes revenue cycle, MFFS billing/coding, MA regulations, MA risk adjustment, value based care models (e.g, ACOs, CINs).
