Background

About Brett Lumsden

I've been lucky enough to have a broad spread of experience in Banking and Finance, including working in a variety of Portfolio and Product Management roles (Home Lending, Term Deposits, Commercial, Agri and Business Products), Retail location strategy and distribution performance (branch and staff placement and performance), as well as working with multiple internal and external partners, from marketing agencies and legal counsel, through to actuaries and investment bankers. After 15+ years in banking and finance, I've come to terms with the fact that I may not be changing the world, but I am taking great satisfaction in seeing the value my activity is giving back to customers and in turn shareholders, and will continue to do so for some time to come.I thrive on seeing my team succeed, personally and professionally, and am constantly challenging myself to be present, proactive and purposeful when helping them on their journey.Father to 3 boys and loving every minute, attempting to get fit again after years of over-indulgence, and a genuine amateur motorsport enthusiast with a "weekend car".
