About Brett McDermott

Most leaders are great at what they do, but struggle to get their teams fully bought in. When communication lacks clarity and charisma, even the most talented teams become disconnected, unmotivated, and underperforming. I help leaders become clear, charismatic communicators, so their people feel aligned, inspired, and ready to execute at a high level.Through keynotes and leadership workshops, I teach the practical skills behind magnetic leadership, how to show up with presence, build trust quickly, and drive real engagement. My approach is shaped by a decade of leading a high-performing team in the high-pressure world of NYC real estate, where results depended on influence, not just expertise. If your team is capable but not clicking, I help you bridge the gap between authority and connection, so your culture thrives and your people show up for more than just a paycheck.
