About Brett McGee

I’m a management consulting director with 19+ years of industry and consulting experience in customer experience, operations, strategy, product development, and digital transformations. I enjoy helping companies define business strategies, and developing the exceptional customer and employee experiences to support that strategy. I’m an experienced VP/C-level communicator. I work tenaciously at developing my team – I created the strengths-based mentoring programs for Ford’s Program Management group and for TCS’s MBA hire program. I maintain a calm, positive, can-do attitude in getting projects back-on track – a leadership style I honed at Ford while delivering complex vehicle programs from concept to production. When I can, I like to pay it forward – I’ve taught Design Thinking to 5th and 6th graders in Chicago Public Schools as part of Citizen Schools after school programming (10-week apprenticeship program).
