About Brett McGregor

I graduated from The University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics and Statistics with a minor in Marketing and also have an Associates Degree in Computer Science from Pellissippi State. I have several certifications including Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, and AI Development. I currently work at Strata-G LLC as an IT Specialist. I was an intern there for 4 years before coming back as a full time employee. As an IT Specialist, I provide IT support for our internal staff, as well as inventory management, IT policy and procedure writing, automation processes, and AI solutions and implementation. I am very proficient in Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI as well as SharePoint and Copilot Studio. I have leveraged LLMs to create local chatbots capable of documents analysis using RAG pipelines and a resume search tool, that indexes resumes and uses semantic search to return resumes containing specific criteria. I'm looking forward to continue learning about AI as it progresses.
