General Management, Portfolio, Program and Project Delivery Specialist After a 25+ year career focused on portfolio and major program and project delivery across the wine, gas, electricity, IT and consulting industries, I established BM Project Advisory with the goal of assisting clients with the complexity of turning strategy into reality. Many organisations have fantastic strategic vision and highly skilled specialist resources but struggle to connect the two through appropriate delivery practices and governance. I am passionate about bridging this gap by sharing my experience to harness the combined power of people, process and technology and ensure my clients have the right systems and solutions in place to deliver continuous business performance improvement. My experience covers roles ranging from: • executive management to business development to software coding and testing • managing programs delivering critical infrastructure, international wine marketing, business transformation and large-scale IT projects • building electricity transmission lines and substations to developing marketing strategies for Australian craft cider • engaging stakeholders from government ministers, board members and CEOs through to grapegrowers and winemakers and electrical and software engineers • government and major private enterprises, and • client and vendor-side engagements. This broad experience enables me to offer advisory services ranging from governance and program setup through to hands-on project and technology solution delivery across IT, engineering, business transformation and marketing portfolios. I combine a strategic, analytical approach with customer focus and vast delivery experience to turn strategy into reality in every role I take on. My key strength is finding common ground across stakeholders with different primary drivers through exceptional interpersonal skills and my ability to quickly grasp how all areas of a business operate and interface with one another.
