About Brett Nesbitt

I’m an experienced professional with a background in agricultural operations and management. With a degree in Agricultural Systems Management from the University of Idaho and over eight years in the industry, I’ve had the opportunity to lead teams, improve processes, and build lasting relationships. In my role at Nutrien Ag Solutions, I managed operations and assisted in sales for a seed treatment facility, handling inventory and overseeing a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Before that, as a Grain Originator and Elevator Manager at Columbia Grain, I managed three facilities with an annual grain handle of 10 million bushels. I also helped start and grow their organic grain business, ensuring compliance with industry standards while working closely with producers. I’m passionate about finding practical solutions to challenges, fostering teamwork, and helping businesses thrive in a competitive and ever-changing agricultural landscape. Let’s connect to share ideas and explore opportunities in the agriculture industry.
