About Brett Nipperess

My background is in product development, logistics and contract negotiations. These skillsets have been used across the SurfStitch Group in Europe, USA and Australia to reduce costs, increase Customer focus and enhance third party relationships. Responsible for the Operations at SurfStitch for over 6 years, starting prior to my deployment to France in 2011. I have a keen eye for detail that has been helpful in designing and overseeing the set-up of several of SurfStitch’s Distribution Centre’s across the globe. With a proven ability to reduce waste and simplify processes through teamwork, enhanced technology and increased Management focus on KPI’s and labour use. These abilities have seen a $2m reduction in DC Costs FY17 over FY16. Whether I’ve been learning to fly a helicopter, a small plane, riding motorbikes, restoring Land Rovers and along with my girlfriend Vanessa restoring our home, my wide variety of interests and passions keep me active, engaged and energetic.
