Publicist BRETT OBERMAN, having worked at Keith Sherman & Associates for two decades, has represented a long list of Broadway, Off-Broadway, arts events and organizations including Be More Chill, A Christmas Story The Musical, Cagney, The Marvelous Wonderettes, Mummenschanz, Feinstein’s/54 Below, The American Theatre Wing's Annual Tony Awards, Kleban Prize for Musical Theater, The Al Hirschfeld Foundation, Matt & Ben, Kander and Ebb's All About Us starring Eartha Kitt, Abingdon Theatre Company, Primary Stages, NewYorkRep, The Sheen Center for Thought & Culture, New Dramatists, The Theatre Hall of Fame, The Lamb's Theatre and Pan Asian Rep. Brett has represented legendary Broadway songwriters including Jerry Herman, Cy Coleman, and Charles Strouse and the artist Al HIrschfeld. For a decade, Brett represented The New York Times annual events including “TimesTalks,” "Arts & Leisure Weekend" and "The Travel Show." Film and TV: film adaptation of Michael John LaChiusa’s Hello Again, the PBS broadcasts of "Broadway’s Lost Treasures" and "Sweeney Todd in Concert" starring Patti LuPone and George Hearn and "The It Factor" for Bravo. Jazz and classical: The Montreal Jazz Festival, internationally acclaimed pianist Lang Lang, The Greensboro Symphony, and the North American Tours of The Sretensky Monastary Choir and The Shanghai Symphony Orchestra. Prior to joining the KSA team, Brett worked at The Publicity Office representing Miss Saigon, Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera, Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake and Stephen Sondheim’s Putting It Together, as well as Cirque du Soleil’s Quidam, Julie Taymor's The Green Bird, The Diary of Anne Frank starring Natalie Portman, and Classic Stage Company. Brett began has career at the management offices of Gatchell & Neufeld and 101 productions where he worked on Broadway productions and National touring productions including Cats, Joseph.Dreamcoat, Crazy for You, Annie Warbucks, Moon Over Buffalo and Carousel. Brett is a member of ATPAM, Association of Theatrical Press Agents.
