My background spans some of the Midwest’s most complex inpatient environments, where I’ve been responsible for clinical coordination, staff mentorship, and ensuring safe, evidence based care during critical and unpredictable situations. I recently completed my MBA, equipping me with a deeper understanding of healthcare operations, strategic leadership, and systems management. I’m driven by a commitment to improving both the patient and provider experience, bridging the gap between clinical care and executive decision making.
