About Brett P.

F.E.A.R. has two meanings: Forget Everything And Run or Face Everything And Rise. I always choose the latter."As the local operator for two out-of-state franchise owners, I serve as the go-to leader for our Utah-based teams. With minimal oversight, I ensure smooth daily operations, drive profitability, and serve as the main point of contact for both internal staff and ownership. My strength lies in turning ambiguity into action. I excel at organizing team schedules, streamlining processes, and empowering team members to hit their goals. Known for my critical thinking and ability to "figure it out," I thrive in fast-paced environments that demand self-reliance and creative problem-solving.I’m driven by continuous improvement, both in operations and personal growth. Whether it's optimizing a workflow or helping someone level up in their role, I lead with purpose and resilience.“Clear Eyes, Full Hearts, Can’t Lose.” – Coach Taylor, Friday Night Lights
