As a Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience in Facility Condition Assessments (FCA), and Property Condition Assessments (PCA), Mr. Risher supports assessment teams and projects throughout the country. Mr. Risher is responsible for training assessment teams, coordinating and preforming Facility Condition Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, as well as roofing construction observations, site inspections, report preparation, and communicating progress, condition and cost information to clients. He has experience with government and utility-owned facilities, as well as, commercial, administrative, retail, multi and single-family residential properties. He is skilled in capturing and reporting field data using various database applications such as Paragon, and eComet. With over 15 years of experience in roofing, Mr. Risher specializes in low, and steep-sloped roof assessments, inspections, evaluations, survey’s and installation observations. Mr. Risher is experienced in managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, such as office relocation, demolition and renovations.
