About Brett Roderman

Brett’s passion for real estate started in 1998 when he bought his first rental property of many to come and from that point on… he was hooked. He is also a devoted husband and father to his wife, and 2 children. As a real estate investor who lives in Atlanta for over 24 years, Brett has focused & learned the in's & out's of the remodeling business but also the real estate business & how to execute the appropriate contracts, negotiate with sellers, & deal with realtors and lead sources. He has also learned about landlording, lending, quick-turning, flipping, exit strategies, closing, and everything else you can possibly imagine in real estate. He has worked with hundreds of sellers during this time who have needed to sell their homes quickly for one reason or another. He understands that each seller who contacts him looking to sell a house quickly has a unique circumstance that Brett needs to solve in order for the home to be sold. It was at that moment that he recognized the importance of working on a team of quality real estate professionals to help service that niche. After 2 decades his real estate business has him focused on buying real estate creatively, virtually, and/or conventionally throughout the southeastern market. As his REI company grew, he focused on strictly raising capital and striving to provide his investors with a double digit rate of return with stable cash flow returns and long-term capital appreciation through the buying of multi-family apartments and single family investments.
