About Brett Senior

My journey in life has taken me from a humble Apprentice Toolmaker to the General Manager of a large international contracting company. This journey has taught me lessons about what works in business and what doesn’t. The one philosophy that has held true over this journey is that practical common sense solutions normally are the right solutions, which is something that as an engineer is instilled into you from a young age. Learning skills in “Lean “and “Total Quality Management” early in my career has allowed me to optimise any business operation I worked in. I have grown many businesses knowing that the product or service that I am selling is of optimum value and consistent quality. Life is forever changing and so is a successful business and continuous improvement should be the cornerstone of business. Needless to say I have learned how to make change management successful. With 15 years of senior management experience in engineering and manufacturing and a further 10 years in construction, I now act as a mentor to others. In my role as a business coach/mentor I help teach SME’s to grow and become successful.
