About Brett Sharp

Leveraging laughter, sincerity, commitment, and persistence, my leadership approach has consistently driven teams, stations, clients, and the communities I serve towards excellence. With a focus on hard work and the pursuit of audacious goals, my dedication to continuous learning fosters agility and adaptability in both myself and the teams I lead, maintaining our top-tier status within the media landscape of our region. With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, I have honed my ability to create and sustain high-performing teams, essential for achieving long-term profitability and a high quality of life, as well as deeply satisfying professional accomplishments. While the numerous charities I've had the privilege to support over the years may be too many to remember, the lasting impact of our collective efforts, totaling over 3 million dollars, resonates with me as I reflect on each day's achievements. I'm eager to share my expertise with CEOs and high-level leaders, helping to harness the power of collaborative, results-driven teams to elevate their organizations and make a meaningful difference in their industries and communities.
