Over the course of my career, I have developed expertise in all aspects of project management, including team leadership, requirements analysis, process development, SOX/compliance auditing, testing, and delivery. I excel at improving processes, minimizing expenses, and delivering projects on time and within budget. My background includes directing portfolios as large as 20 projects, administering budgets of $1M or more, and overseeing software development, technology implementation, and analysis initiatives. Among my many accomplishments, I have: overseen the implementation and configuration of hardware and software at client sites, managed the relocation and rebuild of a $1M, ft. data center for McKesson, and led the development of 11 products at MiniGadgets that produced 20% revenue growth. I also established a standard Project Management program at McKesson that improved efficiency and spearheaded the creation of a global database used by AT & T/Lucent to track collections.
