About Brett Spencer

I like tackling messy problems, building strong teams, and figuring out how to do more of what actually works — and less of what doesn’t. Most of my experience is in the world of supply chain, safety, and risk — the behind-the-scenes stuff that doesn’t always make headlines, but absolutely keeps businesses running and employees returning home in one piece! I’ve led teams through plenty of complexity, and along the way I’ve come to believe that leadership is more about lifting people up than being out front. My style leans on pragmatism, curiosity, and coaching — with a focus on asking better questions, making real progress, and not just checking boxes.I bring a healthy mix of optimism and realism to the table. I’m big on whiteboards, working sessions that lead somewhere, and the energy that comes from a team pulling in the same direction.Always up for a good conversation - or anything involving mountains, downhill speed, or a little adrenaline - let's connect.
