About Brett Stogsdill
After a fulfilling career in the music industry, I decided to pursue an education in the liberal arts and sciences. I am a graduate with an Associate of Arts with High Honors distinction and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Biomedical Science. In my academic journey I was a teaching assistant for a biology course and was the founder of MedDent Society. MedDent Society was a student led effort to find mentorship and networking for undergraduate pre-medical and pre-dental students with current physicians and student doctors. North Central College's Pre-Health Organization has since incorporated MedDent Society as the staple event series year round. I am now a Market Facing Underwriting Trainee in Large Casualty at Zurich North America. Outside of work I love to row and cycle, volunteer at Lurie Children's Hospital, explore Chicagoland's nature preserves/arboretums, and expand my skillsets via taking courses and listening to audiobooks.
