Background
About Brett Thomson
Prior to my role at Hoshizaki Lancer I held the position as Operations Manager for Tooheys Beer Systems in Silverwater Sydney (Lion Nathan Australia). With a team of 12 staff we were involved in projects at some of the most iconic Hotels in Sydney. Starting in 1996 with Barserv and Lion Premium Beer Company we revolutionised draught beer systems, installing Lancer glycol equipment and helping to turn around the decline in Tap Beer sales. In 2001 Lancer Pacific employed me to start operations for them in QLD. One of my first projects was the fitout of draught beer and soft drink systems for Lang Park (Suncorp Stadium). This site now stands as a great example not only in stadium design but beverage system performance. It has been delivering frsh cold beer and soft drink for over ten years with minimal maintenance and still the original systems. Now in 2012 Hoshizaki Lancer is still leading the way with beverage systems but also in cold side food service equipment such as our Hoshizaki Ice makers and refrigerated cabinets.
