I have an extensive background in water based civil engineering projects, subdivision design; road, sewer, and water pump stations. I also have experience in Process and Building Mechanical design using Revit and Revizto on large multi-discipline projects-Provide BIM production support to various project teams including BIM project execution plans and predesign model setup-I work with Revizto to provide clash detection/coordination reports to discipline model leads-Create and monitor QAQC project Revit models to ensure accuracy throughout the project lifecycle- Manage and support discipline BIM and CAD modelers on best practices, process and technology developments. Experience -Process Mechanical Revit Modeler as part of the CRD Residual Treatment Plant project which including piping and equipment for heat exchange and boiler piping as well as domestic water and plumbing design- BIM and CAD lead for the Powell River Consolidated Waste Water Treatment plant, responsible for the overall project setup for multiple disciplines to integrate all models into Navisworks for coordination and clash detection. Utilized Enscape for project presentation to local municipality and stakeholders using 3D live presentation walkthroughs for both municipal operators and council members. Also the Building Mechanical modeler for the project- Have worked on multiple Department of National Defense projects including site inspections and security cleared field work.
