Over 13 years experience leading and managing teams in a variety of ITIL Service Management environments, along with 30 years total IT experience. Thrive in face paced, high pressure situations with a focus on process improvement, customer service and incident management. Currently manage Centene's Problem Management team, reviewing significant Incidents and developing plans to remediate systemic problems and develop mitigation strategies. Partner with Incident Management teams, Change Management, Application teams, and Infrastructure teams to prevent repeat Problems. Research and develop KPI's tracking service performance. Provide reporting to Senior Leaders regarding identified risks related to Problem investigations. Matured our Proactive Problem Management practice, reviewing trends in Service Desk reported Incidents along with utilizing performance monitoring tools to identify underlying issue which need to be addressed. In my previous role at Centene, transformed the Event and Major Incident Management team, establishing standards and goals to improve performance and perception, improvement noted through feedback from leadership and customers. Researched and developed a new Major Incident Management methodology for Centene, resulting in a mature Major Incident and improved response to significant Incidents impacting IT infrastructure and applications.
