About Brevan Babbar

As a Commerce Co-op student at Dalhousie University with a 4.0 GPA, I am passionate about leadership, business development, and fostering community engagement. Currently, I am a Program Operations Intern at Creative Destruction Lab, where I contribute to global recruitment strategy and AI-driven process innovation, enhancing operational efficiency across international sites. I also serve as a Lifeguard Instructor and Examiner at Dalplex, maintaining high standards of safety while instructing Bronze and National Lifeguard courses with a strong pass rate. In addition, I am a First-Year Representative with the Dalhousie Supply Chain Society, helping to connect students with professional development opportunities. Previously, as Deck Lead at The Boulevard Club, I effectively managed a team of 20+ lifeguards, ensuring optimal service and safety. My entrepreneurial spirit was shaped through initiatives such as Breakfast Buddies (Co-founder), delivering 2,200+ meals to those in need, and as President of the Spark Entrepreneurship Club, where I led efforts that raised over through strategic e-commerce initiatives. Looking forward, I aspire to integrate my strengths in management, strategic planning, and innovation into business roles that drive both growth and positive community impact.
