Bria Hutson the founder and owner of Tha MF’n Vegan™ is a young innovative Black woman, mother, and community leader. I grew up in a very dynamic community that made me who I am today. Growing up in Oakland, Ca had its own challenges, but my journey started when I became a mom at 18, then having 2 children by 20. Hella people including "friends " & "family" counted me out, but I refused to let that stop me. My purpose is to inspire, create, and trailblazer more spaces and opportunities for disenfranchised communities, people who are overlooked, and often disposed of by society. My passion is highlighted through my work: 1. Founder/ CEO of Tha MF'n Vegan is an artisanal, Black woman-owned, Vegan Food manufacturing company, located in Oakland, Ca. We specialize in creating “Smack’n Nourishing” Plant-Powered Food and Premium Organic Jackfruit Meat that has texture, flavor, and nutritional value. We are food allergy-friendly (Soy Nut GlutenSynthetic Chemicals GMO IngredientsArtificial Ingredients Lab 🧪), and we are showing consumers that they do not have to compromise taste and texture for nutritional value and vice versa. Youth Consultant Direct Cash Transfer: Youth lead housing interventions for unhoused young people 18-24 3. Alameda County Youth Action Board: Activate spaces, be the voice for youth in Alameda County 4. Workshop and Enrichments: Partner with local organization and CBO to facilitate nutritional enrichment, and financial empowerment workshop for youth, pregnant and parenting young people
