As an executive assistant at The University of Alabama, I provide administrative support to senior leaders and faculty, manage schedules and correspondence, coordinate events and travel, and handle confidential information with discretion. I also assist with budget planning and reporting, as well as research and data analysis projects. I have a strong background in human resources, recruiting, and sales, with over two years of experience in the transportation, hospitality, retail, and automotive manufacturing industries. I have successfully recruited, trained, and managed diverse teams, increased sales and customer satisfaction, and implemented innovative marketing strategies. I hold a BBA in Business Administration and Management from The University of Alabama, and I am currently completing my MSHRM from Troy University, with a focus on strategic human resource management, organizational behavior, and leadership development. I am passionate about learning new skills, exploring new opportunities, and contributing to the success of my organization. I have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
