With over 20 years of corporate IT experience, I am a Senior Software Engineering Manager at GovTact, a leading government contractor that provides innovative and reliable solutions for federal agencies. I hold a master's degree in Computer Information Systems and several CompTIA certifications, including i-NET+, A+ ce, and Network+. I manage a team of web developers responsible for 77 web applications for US CENTCOM, supporting all military operations in the Middle East. I led the effort to migrate the entire portfolio of web applications from on-prem to cloud, using modern web development practices, coding standards, and processes. I also leverage my skills in C#, data analysis, and process improvement to create and optimize systems that meet the specifications and expectations of the stakeholders. In addition, I serve as a Cyber Flight Chief for the U.S. Air Force Reserve, where I oversee the communications flight for the best Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron in the country. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, and maximizing the value and contribution of my team to the company's mission and vision.
