I’m currently the Salesforce Platform Manager at Point32Health, where I work with some of the top minds in the tech industry, leading CRM enhancement initiatives and implementations. My success is based on a solid background in Agile/Scrum, sales and marketing, and technology expertise. I have learned that the key to success for any engineering effort is to build a team of smart, adaptable, fun-loving people, provide them with a clear vision of the goal, and let them do their thing. I believe that leadership is about providing mentoring, encouragement and opportunity to grow for each individual on the team.
