My experience is being based on site with clients delivering a managed WAN/LAN/VOICE/wireless service to a major UK bank worth >£100M p.a. To deliver the service the bank demands and expects I am an expert in building relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders both on and offshore. Managing cultural differences to improve business outcomes. I have built teams to deliver improvements for BT across multiple contracts. I have driven continual service improvements during my tenure in each role and then pushed these out to a wider audience. I am very much a go to person who by does not hide behind voice mail or email, in short, I always deliver. I am equally confident working with senior through to junior level management. I have implemented process to improve change delivery, the one message I always share with colleagues is the need to protect service at all costs. I have vast experience at all levels and disciplines of an ITIL managed contract. I was responsible for over 200 SLA’s and KPI’s. I love meeting new people and making relationships work to drive desired business outcomes. I have experience of technology and service from multiple viewpoints and can leverage that to gain buy in, securing support to deliver the right services and service improvements to drive the business forwards.
