About Brian Agard

I firmly believe that the impact that we have on people is what defines a person. After serving in the Army, working at Xerox Corporation, and running my own successful real estate business I am committed in assisting others, especially the disenfranchised, to become independent by becoming lifetime learners. Education is the key to success, which is why I went back to college (UCF) to earn my Doctorate degree along with a spiritual base and financial independence. I now serve in Minority Achievement Office to educate and share best practices on closing the achievement gap. It is essential that equity and access to high quality education is provided for all students no matter their race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or religious preference. My objective is to enlist as much support as possible so that we can ensure all of our children can achieve success and contribute positively to our communities and to society. Also, I believe in financial security and education so I started HUGS Real Estate School as well as Educators Realty Inc where we educate our communities of the benefits of owning real estate and provide scholarships to become a realtor.
