About Brian Alcaide

My passion for design started with a silly picture or two in MS Paint. Years (and many silly pictures) later, after discovering Photoshop and getting a job at the UPS Store, my hobby turned into a passion, and that passion became a profession!I began my career as a designer in the print world at the UPS Store. While there, I gained valuable knowledge of the print industry as well as discovered the possibilities of design. I was able to expand the offerings of the store by creating new processes for designing and printing. This led to increased print sales and helped establish the UPS Store as serious destination for printing services.In my most recent role I was a designer and content manager for Parasole Restaurants. This was the perfect fit for me because I come from a family that owns a restaurant! I was in charge of digital and print marketing for multiple restaurants within the Parasole brand.I believe there is always something new to learn which is why I love digital media, graphic design, and the rapid pace of the design world. I am always looking to expand my knowledge and make myself the best designer I can be. Design is never dull and that's why I love doing it!
