I pride myself on my ability to manage complex projects, lead dynamic teams, and strategically drive sales.Throughout my career, I've honed a diverse skill set, encompassing Production Management, Project Management, Sales, and Electrical Equipment expertise. You might say that I'm as comfortable dissecting electrical troubleshooting issues as I am brainstorming on a new lighting design or facilitating fabrication and wiring. I have a knack for understanding the intricacies of each project, ensuring that we're not only hitting targets, but also creating top-notch products that exceed expectations. But it's not all about circuits and wiring diagrams! I firmly believe that the essence of successful operations lies in people. As such, cultivating positive team dynamics, inspiring growth, and encouraging open communication are at the forefront of my leadership style. I thrive on collaborating with my team, sharing knowledge, and learning from each other. In my downtime, you'll likely find me exploring the latest tech trends, working on complicated off-road vehicles and suspension geometry, or exploring the great outdoors. I'm a firm believer in balancing hard work with personal passions and fun.
