I'm a Vice President in the International Operations group based out of the Versar Denver, Colorado office specializing in international projects with complex logistical procedures, innovative solutions, and engineering requirements. I'm a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through PMI. I have over 19 years of experience in engineering, project management, and force protection with extensive experience in emergency operations management, logistics support, assessing vulnerability and risk, constructing structures with heightened security measures, and managing construction projects. I have an active Top Secret security clearance from the Department of Defense. Specialties: Engineering Project Management; disaster response with emergency management; vulnerability assessments; preparation of technical/engineering proposals; work plan development including development of engineering plans and specifications, cost estimates and bid packages; construction supervision; project cost tracking; field investigation; and health and safety oversight. I currently manage five programs with operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Kuwait, the UAE, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Spain, Japan, and the Philippines.
