Brian Audia is a seasoned entrepreneur, speaker, executive coach, and organizational performance expert with over 17 years of experience leading and consulting businesses, nonprofits, and ministries. He is the CEO of Powered By Text, a company that provides text-based communication solutions for businesses and organizations, and the President of AUDIA Consulting, which provides organizational performance and executive leadership services. Brian's purpose is to inspire people, equip leaders, and encourage everyone to flourish. He is passionate about increasing organizational performance through methodologies that help people engage fully in their work and give more discretionary effort, resulting in more innovation, customer satisfaction, and profits. He is also a coalition builder and collaborative enterprise leader who has directed humanitarian and social service operations in over 40 nations and two dozen cities across the United States, raising millions of dollars and impacting lives for the better. He holds certificates in Strategic Planning and Team Performance and is recognized as one of the Top 40 Alumni of Auburn University at Montgomery for his impact on the world. Brian has been married to his wife Melissa since and they have three boys, Caleb, Joshua, and Silas.
