I’m an IT Support Technician with hands-on experience across VOIP, UCaaS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environments. I enjoy troubleshooting, building systems, and making technology work for people. I focus on understanding why issues happen and how to prevent them, not just fixing symptoms.I graduated valedictorian from Per Scholas’ IT Support Bootcamp with a perfect score. After that, I joined Access One, an MSP, where I supported Tier 1 operations across voice systems, Microsoft Teams Voice, Metaswitch provisioning, CommPortal routing, and user account management. I partnered with engineers, provisioning teams, and outside vendors to resolve escalations, document fixes, and improve workflows for clients in healthcare, legal, hospitality, and manufacturing.Alongside my professional experience, I’m building a full Windows Server home lab that mirrors a real business environment. This includes Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, OU structure, Group Policy, NTFS permissions, and now Entra ID (Azure AD) with hybrid identity.
