As a highly skilled IT professional with over 4 years of experience in mobile device management and network engineering, I have a proven track record of success in implementing and maintaining complex IT systems. My expertise in deploying and managing MDM solutions using AirWatch/Workspace One and Intune has enabled me to effectively manage thousands of devices, streamline processes, and improve performance. I am currently in the process of migrating from AirWatch to Intune, which requires me to work closely with our senior azure engineers, stay up to date on best MDM practices, and had the opportunity to get a full training to get our environment in optimal condition. My experience as a Workstation Technician 1 includes remote monitoring, diagnosing, and repairing mobile networks involving VPNs and APNs via MDM tools and web portals. I also resolved VIP escalations for the Mayor's office, Chief of Staff's office and departmental leaders. At Computer Doctors, I provided break/fix support as an engineer, demonstrating a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues, including hardware, software, and network-related problems, and provide appropriate solutions to clients. I have a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of South Florida, where I gained practical experience with databases and became proficient with SQL, as well as a variety of programming languages and full-stack development using a Python Stack. I am a team-oriented individual with a strong desire for continuous improvement and personal development. I am a strong communicator with excellent time management and self-motivation skills. I am confident in my ability to provide exceptional IT support and am excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to a new role.
