I am a TOGAF 9.2 Certified IT Architect and Engineer with 10+ years experience. I've a background in IT infrastructure coupled with extensive troubleshooting, prototyping and support experience in both dynamic and ITIL environments. I'm a tech-obsessed, detail-oriented self-starter who loves to learn through hands-on experience, research, and collaboration. Business transformation wise, I am highly interested in infrastructure & process automation, rationalization, and enhancing customer experiences. I can talk tech at a variety of levels, and have a history of designing and implementing solutions and services that solve problems both for end-users and for operational support teams. I have a varied background and throughout my career I've gained technical skills and the ability to address issues at both micro and macro levels. I champion cross-functional communication and collaboration, and I place great importance on documentation and continuous improvement.
