Having earned a degree in human behavior science, served as director of a crisis hot line, and many more years working in IT as a Consultant, Manager and Product Analyst, I have a base of knowledge unique in the industry. My work in roles with progressive responsibility in customer services and in the IT industry have given me the opportunity to develop technical expertise, an understanding of the importance of providing quality service and support, the ability to form strong professional relationships, and talent in leading and supporting others.
