Also managed the development of dedicated business processes in support of this initiative. Mechanical Engineering Operations Manager: Implemented tool and process changes for the mechanical engineering department including: standing up a process change approval board, streamlining business process documentation, material properties management system, standard notes database and agile development methodologies. ITS Engineering Domain Manager: Managed department of ITS professionals supporting engineers across multiple disciplines, leading large-scale enterprise tool selection, evaluation, implementation and integration projects for commercial and custom developed software tools supporting unclassified and classified programs.
