About Brian Bayati

Brian A. Bayati is an Orange County family law attorney and the founder of Bayati Law Group in Newport Beach, CA. Brian's practice at Bayati Law Group is exclusive to resolution of family law disputes, including, but not limited to, contested and uncontested dissolution of marriage (“Divorce”), child custody and parenting, legal separation and nullity, child and spousal support, division of marital assets, pre and post nuptial agreements, and domestic violence matters. Brian’s professional affiliations include the Orange County Bar Association ("OCBA") and the Orange County Bar Foundation Society of Fellows. Brian is an active member of the Orange County legal community by way of his service as the Chairman of the OCBA Lawyer Referral and Information Services Committee, and his service as an arbitrator for the OCBA Mandatory Fee Arbitration panel. Brian is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the College Legal Clinic, Inc.
