Ask me how we use Active Release Techniques as first aid treatment to reduce workplace injury and OSHA recordables! In 2020, our patients reported an average 92% improvement within one month of starting care. Over 99% of our patients rated their overall experience in our clinic as “excellent.” I grew up on a small farm just south of Howells, NE. Throughout high school, I played on multiple successful sports teams, which eventually led me to Doane College to play basketball. At Doane, I majored in exercise science and also minored in biology. It was during my athletic training and rehabilitation experiences that I decided to pursue an education in Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic. I graduated from Palmer with Cum Laude Honors. While at Palmer, I worked extensively in the rehab department as one of the sports rehabilitation interns. It was there that I was first exposed to DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) and ART (Active Release Techniques). Then during my preceptorship, I was fortunate enough to spend months learning at a chiropractic clinic that included both certified DNS and ART instructors. Since then, I have become a certified ART Elite Provider and have implemented both techniques into my treatment protocols. In my spare time, I enjoy spending outdoor time with my wife and family, especially my eight nieces and nephews! I also enjoy playing in various sand volleyball and basketball leagues. Physical fitness has always been a priority for me, and I enjoy to create an energetic environment with exercise and movement as my primary focus whenever possible. I have a passion for coaching and now volunteer as a youth basketball coach.
