IT Service Desk experience in a dynamic environment using my proficient soft skills to achieve high performance metrics in the Customer Service structure. 2 years of IT Project Management experience leading Service Projects in the Service Desk environment. I learned Project Risk Management, team management, scope and schedule management. Assisting to create the Client Advocate team in a dynamic and efficient workflow allowing the employees to focus upon the core tasks of customer issue resolution and overall Service Desk gap analysis allowing a more effective customer experience. Project Management and Cyber Security certifications and network documentation review and validation within the US Government DIACAP procedure. Top Secret Government Clearance. Worked with the DIACAP C&A processes and procedures for 8 years. I used the RMF for nearly 2 years in the US DoD and Department of Education spaces. I helped the teams to discern network NIST compliance us the DISA STIGs and ACAS/Tenable scans. I assisted engineers to identify non-compliant NIST security controls and apply the needed mitigations and remediation. I presented the risk/compliance security posture of the network or application to the customer weekly.
