Passionate ServiceNow Developer | Custom Applications | Integrations | Mentorship From an early age, I was drawn to technology, which led me to my first IT internship in college, where I built an asset database. Over the next 17 years at Main Line Health, I worked my way up through IT, gaining hands-on experience across various roles. For the past seven years, I've specialized in ServiceNow development, building custom applications and third-party integrations to drive automation and efficiency. One of my proudest achievements was developing a custom ServiceNow application that provides enterprise-wide visibility into the condition of IDF closets. By enabling field teams to scan QR codes and submit surveys via the ServiceNow Agent app, this solution streamlined operations and improved data accuracy. Beyond development, I enjoy mentoring newer developers, helping them navigate complex challenges and grow their skills in ServiceNow. My long-term goal is to transition into a Senior ServiceNow Developer role and eventually a Technical Architect, where I can design scalable solutions that align business needs with technical capabilities.
