As a Reimbursement Consultant at Palomino Group, I apply Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt methodologies to streamline operations and remove barriers to care—ensuring patients get what they need, when they need it. Previously at Biologics by McKesson, I helped develop programs like the Biologics PSL Program, strengthening provider relationships and optimizing referral pathways. Whether leading teams, resolving escalations, or guiding patients through insurance obstacles, I’ve built a reputation as the calm in the storm; someone who combines empathy with action and keeps people at the heart of every process. My mission is simple: to advocate, simplify, and humanize. In a highly regulated space, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about knowing the system, it’s about understanding the human behind the paperwork. Outside of work, I live in North Carolina with my wife and our delightfully weird dog, Milo. I love emotional music, learning programming languages, mysterious stories, and books that blur the line between exploration and meaning.
