Jim Walker and I are very happy to announce that Eric Cugnart has joined our company as a partner. Eric comes to the firm with an exceptional depth of design experience ranging from corporate headquarters to federal courthouses to mixed use luxury residential. He has previously served as Design Principal at both MulvannyG2 Architecture and Boora Architects here in Portland. Prior to these positions, Eric also worked at Yost Grube Hall Architecture of Portland, I.M Pei & Partners in New York City, and Brunier & Saunier in Paris. We are extremely enthusiastic about the addition of Eric to our architectural team. Eric shares our vision that all projects are a reflection of the aspirations of the community within which it is built. We strive to be innovative while getting the most mileage we can from the budgets we are given. That takes special understanding of building systems and construction science, both historic and contemporary. In addition to our own building science expertise, we engage specialists from throughout the region to make sure that there is no building envelop, acoustical, historic preservation, energy management, environmental control system, or sustainability challenge that we cannot handle.
