Brian Bobeck is a seasoned executive with 20 years in emerging technology. Brian brings a wealth of experience in financial and operational matters, including mergers & acquisitions, crisis management, strategic alliance assessment, financial planning and sales & marketing. Brian has held a number of diverse executive roles including technical, sales and the CEO role at a publicly traded company. Brian is currently engaged as a Managing Partner for Red Collar Bandit (RCB), a strategic consulting and advisement company. Brian Co-Founded RCB in 2002 and has since held various roles on the Board of Directors. Brian recently concluded his role as President & CEO of Aquis Communications following a successful exit strategy for company ownership. In addition to overall strategy, direction and financial results, Brian was responsible for regulatory compliance, capital planning, shareholder relations, key client relations and media relations. Prior to serving as President & CEO, Brian served as Chief Operating officer and Vice President of Engineering. Throughout his career at Aquis Communications, Brian has been essential to the company's turn around and financial success. Brian implemented a plan privatizing the company which retired $48 million of debt, decreased operating expense and increased cash flow by 40%. He successfully orchestrated 12 transactions culminating in tripling gross revenue and a 100% increase in cash flow while asset sales of underperforming holdings increased capital. Brian was successful in attracting private equity support of $60M to fund acquisition strategy. He was instrumental in securing government contracts as well as leading product development. Brian served on the board of directors for several organizations, including Wilkes Barre YMCA, Aquis Communications, Red Collar Bandit and Vintage Tub & Bath. He holds degrees in Engineering and Business, as well as an MIS Certification from The Pennsylvania State University.
