About Brian Bostic

As the Learning and Development Manager at dentsu international, I have over 20 years of experience in training and technology, with a focus on e-Learning and media campaign management. I lead a high-performing team of instructional designers and trainers who create and implement innovative online courses that teach and promote the use of a suite of applications for global media campaigns, from creation to analysis. I also design and execute the company strategy to roll out an end-to-end media campaign "ecosystem" that serves the needs and expectations of internal and external clients, and positions dentsu as a leader in the industry. I leverage my consulting and business expertise, as well as my knowledge of advertising, government, compliance, project management, IT systems, and help desk solutions, to deliver impactful and engaging learning and development programs that drive cultural change and business outcomes. My goal is to work with leading-edge technology and face greater challenges in a fast-paced environment, where I can continue to grow and learn.
