Innovation | Delivery | Integrity I work with clients ranging in size from SME to large international group companies to help them respond to change, leverage technology and improve the consumption and flow of information to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Since 1994 I have been involved in highly critical banking and financial systems. I have worked on a variety of projects from helping designing and co-ordinating the testing of the largest item processing centre for cheque in the UK through to designing and implementing a pan-european claims and incident risk management system. I work primarily in the Insurance, Banking and Construction sectors, although am involved with a variety of organisations. My involvement has for, some time now, been less in the guts of the technical implementation and more related to delivery of results whether through business analysis, change management or process re-engineering. The Results? Improved operational efficiency, more robust, consistent and appropriate infrastructure and an ongoing relationship built on trust and confidence.
