Director of Community Services I am a dedicated and results-oriented leader with extensive experience in developing and managing successful anti-poverty programs, including transitional housing and workforce development initiatives. In my current role as Director of Community Services, I oversee the strategic direction and operational management of multiple programs aimed at empowering individuals and families to overcome poverty and achieve self-sufficiency. Prior to this role, I served as Program Manager for Transitional Housing & Workforce Development initiatives, where I successfully led programs that provided comprehensive support to individuals experiencing homelessness, including housing assistance, job training, and life skills development. With a strong background in workforce development, human resources, and program management, I possess a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing poverty and the critical importance of providing holistic and integrated support services. I am adept at building strong partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and employers to create sustainable pathways to economic stability and self-sufficiency for program participants.
