About Brian Brackrog

I am a passionate educator and social scientist with over two decades of international experience teaching and leading teams of teachers in finding pragmatic solutions to the challenges schools face in many educational contexts. My experience as an academic leader has given me a whole school perspective on strategic planning, departmental coaching and leadership, IB coordination, and leading in areas related to accreditation and innovative approaches to teaching and learning. As a pastoral leader, I have gained profound insights into RSHE, careers education, and facilitating university progression, equipping me with the skills to address the unique challenges learners face as they move into higher education. This experience has given me a practiced insight into the novel ways schools approach the ‘wicked problems’ of school development.
