Brian P. Brinig, JD, CPA, founded a major financial consulting firm in 1983, specializing in economic damages consulting, business valuation and expert witness testimony. The firm was sold in 2019 to a national accounting and consulting firm, CBIZ MHM, where he remains a Managing Director. He is an adjunct Professor of Law at the University of San Diego and has testified as an expert witness on economic issues in more than 100 jury trials across the United States. He is the author of three technical books for the finance and legal professions as well as the recent publication of Mastering Self Discipline: A Thoughtful Approach. A nationally recognized speaker to professional organizations, Brinig has presented continuing education programs to judges, lawyers and CPAs as well as programs on self-discipline and leadership.
