Prevailed on all claims after six-day federal jury trial in Manhattan-Healthcare professionals in litigation against health insurance company; asserted ERISA claims as plaintiffs and defended against counterclaims of healthcare fraud- Directors of Pennsylvania real estate development company in complex multi-case litigation surrounding control of the company and alleged breaches of fiduciary duties by all parties. Prevailed after bench trial in one action and all cases then settled- Manhattan real estate brokerage firm in recovery of disputed commission; six-figure settlement reached after depositions of the defendants- Entrepreneur and memorabilia collectors against the New York Giants and Eli Manning in RICO and fraud case in NJ Superior Court; confidential settlement after first day of trial.
